HELLO! My name is Sara Anne Donnelly. I'm a pretty-much-legit Mainer (moved here when I was six, sorry!) who writes features and essays for Yankee, Down East, Maine Homes, and Maine Public Radio.

Over my twenty-odd years as a reporter, I've written about many corners of the state  favorite pieces include how legitimately terrifying Stephen King's hometown is, how the tiny ash borer beetle might destroy one of our country's oldest artforms, and how the best view at Acadia National Park just might be straight up.

Have an idea for a magazine or radio piece about Maine or New England? I'd love to hear from you! Drop me a line.
